Refund policy

30-day returns

If a piece is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Conditions

• The piece must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging.
• Please include everything that came with it, including any laboratory report, certificate or documentation.
• Pieces resized, engraved or otherwise altered at your request are final sale.

How to return

Email us at silvajewellerscanada@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions. Returns must be sent fully insured with a signature required, as the piece remains your responsibility until we receive it.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the piece, we will email you to confirm, and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

Damaged or not as described

If your order arrives damaged, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos, and we will put it right.
