One-year manufacturing warranty
Every piece from Silva Jewellers is covered against defects in manufacture for one year from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Defects in workmanship, including faulty settings and clasps.
- Stones that come loose because of a manufacturing fault.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches and the natural wearing of gold over time.
- Damage from impact, accidents or improper care.
- Loss or theft.
- Pieces repaired, resized or altered by anyone other than Silva Jewellers.
How to make a claim
Email us at silvajewellerscanada@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. If the defect is covered, we will repair the piece, or replace it or refund it where repair is not possible.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Canadian law.
